Just a quick reminder this Saturday there is a work day at Ross Road in Abergavenny from1030 till about 4 ish but please stay as long as you would like to. Also feel free to pop in through out the day if you can. We will be working with The Friends of Gavenny Meadows Tom will be wearing his KWT hat and has kindly organised this work date.
The aims for the day dependant on numbers with be to to put up bird boxes, fell small invasive sycamore trees with hand tools, winch out invasive snowberry and plant some new trees. They might be other local people there from the Friends of Gavenny Meadows and I have sent an article to the Chronicle so anything could happen.
Where is Ross Road?

Please bring warm clothes and sensible shoes all the tools that we need will be provided but if you have and gloves or hi-vis jackets please bring them along. Spares will be available. Please bring a packed lunch and any hot drinks or water that you might need during the work day.
I will not be there as I have work all day let me know if you would like to car share.
