Abergavenny Transition Town
Abergavenny Transition Town is a group of local people concerned to make Abergavenny and its surrounding area more resilient in the face of changing climate and physical and financial resources. We recognise that this affects everyone in the community and that everyone can be part of the solution.
We have active sub-groups preparing action plans in the areas of energy, food, transport, awareness raising and mapping. We aim to make Abergavenny a carbon neutral town in 20 years.
